The mausoleum in Kopice is a neoclassical family mausoleum located by the Holy Cross church. It is the burial place of the members of the Upper Silesian line of the Schaffgotsch family. It was erected from red clinker brick in the second half of the 19th century, according to the design of the German architect Carl Lüdecke, in the Baroque style. The mausoleum contains the tombs of Hans Ulrich von Schaffgotsch and Johanna Gryczik von Schomberg-Godulla, known as the "Silesian Cinderella". The entrance to the chapel leads through a portico crowned with a tympanum bearing a coat of arms cartouche. Fan-shaped stairs with a decorative metal balustrade lead up to the level of the portico. Inside, on the walls of the mausoleum restored at the beginning of the 20th century, hang the epitaphs of the deceased.
