The Museum of Metallurgy of the Mała Panew Valley – located near the hanging iron chain bridge in Ozimek – is a place where one can see exhibits related to the history of metallurgy in Silesia, dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. The most important part of the museum is an exhibition presenting products manufactured at the Prussian Royal Malapane Ironworks, whose traditions are upheld by the currently existing Małapanew Steelworks in Ozimek. Some of the exhibits are items donated to the museum by private individuals.
Among them, noteworthy are everyday utensils, cast-iron stoves, scales, cemetery crosses, crucifixes, elements of cast-iron grave fences, plates with decorations designed by Carl Schinkel, and household items. A large part of the collection consists of engravings, photographs, portraits of historical directors of the Ozimek ironworks, as well as mock-ups of the metallurgical settlement showing the appearance of Malapane (today's Ozimek) from 1769 and 1854. Unique attractions of the museum include: a miniature of the oldest hanging iron chain bridge from the first half of the 19th century, a catalog of royal ironworks products from the early 19th century, and the medal that the Royal Ironworks in Ozimek received at the World Industrial Exhibition in London in the mid-19th century.
