The Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Hedwig in Szczepanek comes from Polska Nowa Wieś. It was moved to its current location in the 1960s and expanded by master carpenter Antoni Piontek.
In the place where the old temple was located, there is now a cross with a plaque commemorating the relocation of the church.
The log structure temple with a tower represents the Baroque style.
Above the nave, there is a turret for a signature bell with a lantern, topped with a helmet.
The main and side altars date from the mid-18th century. They have rich openwork decoration with Baroque sculptures. The paintings date from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries.
