The Church of the Mother of God Queen of Poland in Jakubowice is a single-nave log structure building with a tower.
The temple was built for the evangelical community at the end of the 16th century, from the foundation of the von Frankenberg family, the first known by name owners of the village, which was in their possession until the beginning of the 18th century.
The interior design has preserved its original, historical character. From the historic furnishings, the main altar made in the Regency style, historic classicist-folk organs from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, and a Baroque baptismal font with a sculpture of an angel, dating from the 18th century, have survived to this day.
In the presbytery part, one can see polychromes with coat of arms cartouches uncovered in the second half of the 20th century.
The church is located in the area of the former manor-grange complex, within the manor park with several specimens of old trees – plane tree, chestnut tree, maple, lindens, and oaks, surrounded by a small cemetery and fenced with a brick and wooden fence.
