In the central part of the object, a risalit protrudes, in which the entrance to the interior of the temple is placed, above which the year of the chapel's construction is visible. The object is distinguished by a narrow turret, which simultaneously serves as a bell tower. The left side of the main facade of the object is decorated with a figure of St. John of Nepomuk.
