The furnishings of the temple largely come from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and were made to a large extent by the local Ondrusz sculpture and carpentry workshop. It is one of the few churches in the Opole region where a unique early Gothic architectural detail has been preserved in the form of three portals with plant decoration from the 13th century – the period of the object's construction.
Inside, there are also over one-hundred-year-old organs with 60 voices, created in the Gebruder Rieger organ workshop from Krnov, and a set of stained glass windows.
Stone tomb plaques from the 16th and 17th centuries, dedicated to local wealthy Lutheran burghers, are built into the walls of the porch and side naves. One of them is dedicated to the writer Martin Kinner.
The church is one of the objects on the Knights Hospitaller trail leading through places associated with the order in the Głubczyce Land.
