The Gothic-Baroque Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Biskupów was erected in the Gothic style in the 14th century. The reconstruction of the building in the Baroque style took place in the 18th century.
The church furnishings in the Rococo style come from the 18th century. Particular attention is deserved by the main altar and two side altars from the end of the 18th century, a Rococo pulpit, and a sculpture of the Mother of God from the beginning of the 15th century. Late Gothic polychromes in the church attic have unique historical value.
In front of the entrance to the church is a monument to Pope John Paul II, funded by the village inhabitants, and between the monastery and the church – a stone slab with a Latin sentence entrusting Europe to the protection of St. Benedict.
Around the church is a parish cemetery with historic tombstones and chapels. Its area is surrounded by a stone wall with a Baroque gate. Next to the temple is one of the three Benedictine monasteries in Poland with a retreat house.
