The von Maubeuge family palace in Nowy Świętów was built around 1800 for the then owners of the estate, the von Maubeuge family. The Neo-Baroque building remained in the possession of the family until 1945. After World War II, apartments for employees of the State Agricultural Farm were arranged in the nationalized palace. The building performs a residential function to this day.
The facades of the two-story palace are decorated with numerous architectural details, including decorative garlands placed between the stories and the coat of arms cartouche of the von Maubeuge and von Raczek families above the main entrance to the building. On the wall from the garden side, there is a niche with a figure of St. John of Nepomuk.
