The Palace in Izbicko probably dates from the 18th century and constitutes an example of Neo-Baroque residential architecture. In 1921, during the Third Silesian Uprising, the palace was burned and looted. Along with the reconstruction after World War II, it housed the seat of the State School of Rural Economy, and in the 1950s – an agricultural technical school. At the beginning of the 21st century, the palace was restored to its original appearance. A rural road leads to the palace with figures of boars on massive pedestals, which refer to the coat of arms of the former owners of the palace – the Strachwitz family. Currently, a hotel and business center are located in the facility. Practical information: The facility is available to hotel guests. Sightseeing by arrangement with the owner. Parking directly below the facility.
