The Palace in Dobra is a Neo-Gothic building created by the Berlin architect Rudolf Wilhelm Gottgetreu for Count Hermann von Seherr-Thoss. Some elements of the building, the entrance gate and the gatehouse were designed by the famous Berlin builder Carl Lüdecke. The building was created in the second half of the 19th century on the site of a Baroque palace, which was established on the initiative of the royal court counselor, Count Erdmann Karl von Roedern. Currently, the object is unused. The palace is surrounded by a vast park with walking paths, bicycle hills, and a playground. In the near distance from the palace, a recreation center operates by the water reservoir (open from May to October). Practical information: The facility is not open to visitors. Free parking spaces by the building.
