The Opole Ceres Fountain is an Art Nouveau fountain from the beginning of the 20th century, located on Daszyńskiego Square in Opole. Its name refers to the statue of the goddess of harvest Ceres located at its top, at whose feet one can see several figures being an allegorical representation of Opole industry, fishing, and agriculture. Around the fountain, there is an inscription in German: "Civic loyalty hand in hand with diligence are the rejuvenating source of the good German soul."
