The Monument of Uprising Deed on St. Anne's Mountain is the main place of ceremonies dedicated to the memory of insurgents fallen in the Silesian Uprisings, including those who died during the 3rd Silesian Uprising in the vicinity of the Mountain during the battle with German Freikorps diversionary groups. The monument by the famous Polish sculptor Xawery Dunikowski is located on a limestone escarpment, above the amphitheater building, opposite the Sanctuary of St. Anne. It was created on the site of a German mausoleum, which was blown up in 1945, after the Red Army invaded here. The pedestal takes the form of four pylons (gates). In its center is an undeveloped vast hall, from which one can enter the interior of the pylons. In each of them, there is a channel leading to the top of the tower, and on the walls – scenes illustrating the history of the struggle for the Polishness of Silesia. Practical information: The facility is generally accessible. Paid parking at 6 Księdza Hugona Kołłątaja Street.
