The Kraków Gate, one of the best-preserved and most important elements of the fortifications of Namysłów, is the symbol of the town.
The structure dating from the second half of the 14th century, formerly also called the Innkeeper's Tower or High Tower, is part of the city walls preserved fragmentarily to this day, the construction of which began in the 14th century. In the gate passage, there is a grate made of pine wood stylized to medieval times, and on the front wall, the coat of arms of Namysłów appears.
The neighboring tower was built of Gothic brick, on a square plan. Stairs leading to the shooting gallery come from medieval times, from where one could get to the second floor of the tower, where the entrance to the top of the object was located.
Next to the building rises a 26-meter powder tower with six indistinguishable stories, currently serving as a viewpoint.
