Moszna Castle is one of the most recognizable tourist sites not only in the Opole region, but also in all of Poland. The building, which was the residence of the German industrial magnate family Tiele-Winckler, dates back to the mid-18th century. During later reconstruction, two additional wings of the castle were created – a Neo-Gothic one for the count's family and a Neo-Baroque one for servants and guests. The facility has 365 rooms and 99 towers. During World War II, a field hospital was set up in the edifice, thanks to which the castle avoided destruction. As part of the castle interior tour, one can view the waiting room for guests, the former mirror hall, the vestibule, the library, the gallery, the Count’s Study, the Golden Apartment, and the chapel.
From the highest tower of the facility, a view of the surrounding area extends, including the Opawskie Mountains. A hotel with a spa operates in the castle, and a restaurant is located in the adjacent orangery.
