The "Żabie Oczko" Pond in Pokrzywna is a former quarry where sandstones and slates were mined in the 19th century. Currently, it is entirely covered with water and surrounded by rock walls several meters high, which are a remnant of the mining excavation. Next to the pond, there is a small shelter and benches. The water reservoir can be reached by a blue trail leading from the "Dębowe Wzgórze" hotel in Pokrzywna or a path behind the "Max" hotel in Jarnołtówek. There is a legend associated with the pond, telling of a tank sunk at the bottom of the pond. Additional information: The facility is made available free of charge. Free parking – Pokrzywna 102.
