Wilamowice Nyskie is a village located in the Nysa district, in the Głuchołazy municipality. For the first time, the town was mentioned in 1284 as Wilanovici, and then in 1300 as Wylhelmi villa. The Wilamowice forestry has its seat in the village, through which the Biała Głuchołaska flows – a right tributary of the Nysa Kłodzka.
The village is located on the "Opolski bifyj" culinary trail, due to the activities of the Association for the Renewal and Development of the Village "Sami Sobie" and the Lovers of Culinary Art and Regional Delicacies. It consists in cultivating the old traditions of baking sourdough bread in an authentic bread oven and conducting culinary workshops. In the village hall, there is a special kitchen room where baking classes and culinary presentations are conducted. Within the area of Wilamowice Nyskie, there is also an interactive playground intended for tourists and residents in various age groups.
