Piątkowice is a village in Poland located in the Nysa district, in the Łambinowice municipality. In the village, there is the Roman Catholic church dedicated to St. Hedwig and
the chapel of St. Anthony – both buildings date from the 19th century.
The surroundings of the village constitute the "Bory Niemodlińskie" Protected Landscape Area.
It is the largest forest complex in Poland in the western part of the upper Oder, covering the most naturally valuable forests that are remnants of the former Silesian Przesieka (border forest), with preserved fragments of mixed and deciduous forests typical of the Polish lowland. These areas are mostly covered by coniferous monocultures – mainly pine. Not far from the village runs the bicycle and walking path "Along the edge of the ancient primeval forest". The path begins on the grounds of the remains of the manor park in Wierzbie, and ends at the forest parking lot near Sowin. It runs through the areas of the Łambinowice and Korfantów municipalities, the Kuźnica Ligocka forestry, and the Tułowice forest inspectorate and the Tułowice Precinct. Along the trail, it is planned to set up 10 thematic boards that will help to get acquainted with the natural values of this area.
