Rusocin is a small village located in the Nysa district, in the Nysa municipality. The first historical mention in the context of the parish in Rusocin dates back to 1267.
The Neo-Renaissance church of St. Clement from the late 19th century, which was built in place of an older temple dating from 1791, has a historic character in the village.
The building was partially destroyed in 1945, but in subsequent years its reconstruction took place. On the octagonal tower of the church, there is a mechanical clock, and in front of it stands a statue of St. John of Nepomuk. Directly next to the church, there is a Roman Catholic cemetery, and in its vicinity, the house of St. Joseph of the Oblate Fathers – a novitiate house.
The R16 bicycle route, which is marked in yellow, runs through Rusocin. In total, the trail is nearly 70 km long. Its beginning is the village of Lipniki, and the finish line is in Pleśnica. On the route – apart from Rusocin – there are also such towns as Ligota Wielka, Otmuchów, Nysa, as well as Przydroże Wielkie and Małe.
