The group of trees in the Municipal Park in Strzelce Opolskie consists of historic specimens that are monuments of animate nature. The small-leaved linden, which is over 460 years old, is considered the oldest tree in the park. Other specimens of this species were planted 180-200 years ago. Two common beeches are of a similar age, and the common yews are 150 years old each. In the park, it is also worth paying attention to two specimens of maidenhair tree, which are 100 and 170 years old.
One of the oldest Norway spruces in Poland grows in the park, the age of which is calculated at over 330 years, as well as the tallest European white elm in Poland, reaching 37.5 meters.
