The small-leaved linden in Proślice is a 500-year-old specimen growing by local road no. 2, opposite the village council building and near the historic manor park. It is counted among the oldest trees of this species in Poland. The specimen grew in an open space, which is evidenced by its short but massive trunk with mighty branches and a round, wide crown. The tree is nearly 800 cm in trunk circumference and 23 meters high. In the trunk, facing the field, there is a vast, elongated hollow – it is so large that one can easily enter the tree. The specimen has been a natural monument since 2005. Practical information: The natural monument is generally accessible. You can park your car on the driveway to the palace.
