The Przyłęk nature reserve is located within the "Przyłęk nad Białą Głuchołaską" Natura 2000 area, a few hundred meters north of the village of Markowice. It was created in order to protect a fragment of a broadleaved forest with linden, oak, hornbeam, maple, and ash. Norway spruce also has a significant share in the tree stand. Furthermore, there are 125 species of vascular plants on its territory, including the protected lily of the valley and the guelder rose, as well as animal species such as the collared flycatcher, middle spotted and great spotted woodpecker, Eurasian wren, European robin, Eurasian blackcap, common chiffchaff, and Eurasian treecreeper. Tourists can rest and organize a picnic on the southern edge of the reserve, under the recreational shelter in the village of Markowice.
Practical information:
The reserve is a protected area; no possibility of sightseeing. The recreational area is located from the side of the village of Markowice.
