The park in Bąkowice is located south of the Baroque-Classicist municipal palace. It was established in the 18th century as a regular Baroque garden. In the first half of the 19th century, it was transformed into a landscape park with Classicist features and enlarged by a forest park. In its central part, there is a semicircular glade planted with chestnut trees, lindens, oaks, and hornbeams, with an avenue on the axis. Acclimatized species deserve special attention in the park, such as the London plane, Himalayan pine, and Siebold's hemlock.
