The monument to the fallen in World War I and II in Żyrowa commemorates the residents of the town who fell in the two largest armed conflicts of the 20th century. The monument was unveiled in August 2008. The monument is situated in the center of the town, in the vicinity of the "Emperor's Oak" planted in 1911 on the occasion of the stay of Emperor Wilhelm II in the local castle. Above the plaque with the names of the victims, there is an inscription in Polish and German: "To honor the victims – as a warning to the living".
In 2011, two plaques with the names of the victims of World War II were placed on the monument.
