The monument to the fallen in World War I in Łąka Prudnicka was established in 1928 on the initiative of the town's residents. It is a monument dedicated to the soldiers coming from their town who fell on the fronts of World War I. The monument, placed on a stone base, consists of two parts. The first one is five plaques on which the names of the fallen were engraved. The second, smaller part of the monument is decorated with a cross with arms narrowing symmetrically towards the central point. The space between them is filled with oak leaves. On the lower arm, the year – 1914 – was engraved, and under the cross, an inscription in German: "Unseren tapferen Held" ("To our brave heroes"). Practical information: The facility is generally accessible. Paid parking on Hugona Kołłątaja Street. State ceremonies and occasional meetings are celebrated at the monument.
