The monument to the fallen in World War I and II in Grzędzin is located near the church of St. Peter and Paul. It is a monument dedicated to the victims of wars. The monument has the form of a semicircular structure with a column crowned with a cross placed in the middle. The column features, among other things, an inscription in Polish and German "TO THE VICTIMS OF WARS" and a bas-relief depicting the Mother of God. On the semicircular walls, 16 plaques with the names of the residents of the surrounding towns, victims of the world wars, are placed.
