The Monument to the Fallen in World War I and II in Biała is located in the town park, opposite the gas station. The monument is dedicated to soldiers from Biała and the surrounding area who lost their lives during World War I. It has the form of a round column crowned with a dome, with a cross standing on a three-stepped plinth. The names of war victims are engraved on the walls of the obelisk. After the end of World War II, an inscription commemorating the victims of the armed conflict waged in the years 1939-1945 was placed on the monument.
