The Reconciliation Monument in Kędzierzyn-Koźle is an obelisk located in the "Reconciliation Park" (Park Pojednania), the oldest town park. The column-shaped monument is made of sandstone and covered with granite slabs on three sides. On the front slab, there is an inscription in Polish, English, Russian, German, and French, reading: "To the victims of World War II – residents of Kędzierzyn-Koźle 1 September 2000". The surroundings of the monument are a place where state ceremonies are celebrated. Practical information: The facility can be viewed from the outside. Paid parking by the Tesco store, on Ozimska Street.
