The monument of the 1000th anniversary of the Polish State and the 700th anniversary of the Town of Prudnik and the fountain in Prudnik are located in the Town Park, southeast of the old town.
At the base of the monument, there are stepped stairs surrounding the body of the monument, consisting of four interconnected stone and concrete blocks, tapering towards the top. You can see on them two plaques commemorating "1000 years of the Polish State" and "700 years of the town of Prudnik", as well as tiles with the coats of arms of the towns of the Prudnik land.
The monument is crowned by a sculpture of a Piast eagle, authored by the artist sculptor – stonemason Franciszek Łuczywo from Kraków. A low fountain is located next to the monument.
