The Square of the Knights of the Order of the Smile (Skwer Kawalerów Orderu Uśmiechu) in Głuchołazy is a place commemorating individuals and initiatives that have been honored with the Order of the Smile since 1968 for actions that bring joy to children. The author of the Order's sign is Ewa Chrobak, originally from Głuchołazy, who, as a 9-year-old girl, won a competition to design the logo for the initiative. On the 50th anniversary of the Order's establishment, the town of Głuchołazy received the title of "Town of the Order of the Smile" from the International Chapter of the Order. The square is one of the favorite resting places – there is a fountain and benches; in the summer, you can relax in the shade of the trees. Next to the square, there is an avenue with plaques of the Knights of the Order. Practical information: The monument is generally accessible from the outside. Free access. Free parking on Jordanowska Street.
