The tenement house at 28 Krakowska Street in Opole is one of the most distinctive buildings on the Opole pedestrian street and an example of big-city pre-war architecture. The two-story building was constructed at the end of the 19th century, which is indicated by both the building techniques used and the decoration of the facade. In the 1930s, the ground floor was rebuilt for office purposes, altering the facade decor up to the first floor. The most characteristic element of the building is the glazed bay window and rustication visible on the elevation of the facility. Currently, a service establishment is located on the ground floor of the tenement house.
