The tenement house at 36b Książąt Opolskich Street in Opole is a three-story building erected around 1910. The symmetrical facade of the building is articulated by three bay windows on the plan of circular segments. The central part of the tenement house is particularly accentuated, framed by rusticated lesenes and crowned with a gable with volutes featuring rich stucco decoration with floral motifs, garlands, and festoons. The main entrance is situated in the central part of the tenement house. In the finial of the portal, there is a cartouche with the building number. Practical information: You should allocate 2-2.5 hours for a walk along the route. Free admission. Parking at the entrance to the "dry moat", on Orląt Lwowskich Street, at the level of the Grodków Gate, or on Krasickiego Street, at the level of the Brick Gate.
