The water mill in Karłowice is located in the northeastern part of the village, on the southern bank of the Młynówka channel. The channel separates the facility from the castle located to the north. The mill building was built of brick, on a rectangular plan, with the northern wall descending to the water surface of the mill race, where water damming devices are visible. On the southern side, the miller's house adjoins the building. The building was probably erected at the beginning of the 19th century. Currently, the facility is not in use.
